Plastic Injection Molding

Junle(Vietnam) company provides plastic injection molding service for OEM manufacturing and consumer products worldwide. We can manufacture multiple plastic parts, including car parts, electronic enclosures, and kitchen appliances. Injection molding can provide dramatically low unit cost in high volume production, this method also has high repeatability and excellent flexibility.

Junle(Vietnam) has excellent experience in the injection molding process. We have more than 10 years of experience in both consumer products and engineering applications. We cooperate with the world’s leading resin manufacturers and custom compounders, and bring the best solution to complex plastic engineering applications.

Benefit of Injection Molding

  • High volume manufacturing
  • Wide material ranges
  • Extreme high productivity
  • Great repeatability and tolerance
  • Design Flexibility
  • Excellent visual appearance

Injection Molding Resins

Once select the suitable materials for your part, the relevant properties are critical, including: mechanical, physical, chemical resistance, heat, electrical, flammability, and UV resistance. The common commodity and engineering resins are

Junle (Vietnam) has extensive experience in injection molding. Our main resins include: ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), PP (Polypropylene), PC (Polycarbonate), PA (Polyamide), PE (Polyethylene), Nylon, TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), Acrylic (PMMA), and PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone).

Colorants & Resin Additive

The natural colors from the resin vendor are black, white, beige, amber, or other. Once colorant pellets are added to natural resins, custom colors are created.

  • Glass Fiber
  • Carbon Fiber
  • Minerals
  • PTFE(Teflon)
  • Aramid(Kevlar)
  • Glass beads/mica flakes
  • Stainless steel fiber
  • UV inhibitor
  • Static Treatments

Surface Finishing for Molded Parts

Surface finishing is a critical consideration, as injection molded parts are cosmetic for end-use. Normally, the textured surface requires more draft angle than the polished finish. For the final part release, the bead blasting are properly applied to the mold. There are multiple surface finish options for thermoplastic and silicone rubber molding:

  • PM-F0: Non-cosmetic
  • PM-F2: Non-cosmetic
  • PM-F1: Low-cosmetic
  • SPI-C1: 600 grit stone
  • SPI-B1: 600 grit paper
  • SPI-A2: Grade #2 Diamond Buff
  • PM-T1: Light bead blast
  • PM-T2: Medium bead blast
